Күн бұрынI'm back with another update of what's happening here in Southern Utah!🗣️This time I'm just off Exit 27 in Toquerville. 👀🔥
Everything happening right off the exit leading into the new Toquerville Parkway, along with new hospitality and restaurants in La Verkin, is the highlight of this video. This new parkway is going to be a game changer for both Toquerville and La Verkin and looking forward to seeing this new and improved gateway into Zion from the north. Going to be fun to watch it all come together over the next couple decades!

32 seconds in... you mention the exit is "Settler's Junction" - This area is Anderson Junction, The RV Park is called Settler's Junction. Unless Anderson Junction is being renamed... ??? Just a point of clarification... great information on the video, thank you!

Yes i did realize i botched that part lol. It is Anderson Junction and they're calling the RV Park Settlers Junction RV Park. Thanks for the feedback!

Imagine building a house on the hill in la verkin and then a giant hotels gets built in front of your house, la verkin zoning should be ashamed

Us locals have always pronounced it with the A haha. But technically its Verkin

Growth is going to happen no matter what, but it will be cool to see all of this come together with the greater St. George area.

The "growth is inevitable" is an old cliche' first spoken by Indians near their teepees in the 1870's.

Tourism shouldn't be the only income that's here to be had . Everything here depends upon those living here making a good income and enjoying a good caliber of life. Families meant much more that tourists don't loose sight offbalance this

For sure. It's mostly been right around there near the airport and Desert Color due to not much happening right at Desert Canyons since last year. But there are some things in the works and will be out there soon!

Will the parkway bypass downtown Toquerville?

Yes it will. So all the pass through traffic will no longer need to go through Toquerville and SR-17 will be dedicated back to the city. This will be great for Toquerville in my opinion

Tourism tourism tourism RV Park tourism and more RV parks. There’s other ways to get revenue for our area this is just the easiest and laziest way to do it. Growth is inevitable and needed but we’re not growing in a way that benefits locals or families that have been here for generations. All we’re doing is inviting more visitors, more traffic, all for people who do not love this area and care for it the way we do. They’ll trash it.
