I usually walk around with just one small belt bag, but for day or weekend trips I sometimes need to carry some more things with me (like a water bottle) so I decided to show you guys what I carry in my bag. Hope you guys enjoy, and have a great week!

The belt purse is from Bershka last year, but Zara has some similar ones!

You dont have to explain why your keys are "bigger for minimalist keys" 😊 it's about minimal for you, those are still alot less than most ppls keys. Love your style ♡

I vaguely remember having such a small, organized purse! I thought I'd get back to that once we got past the diaper stage of having children, but now apparently I can't leave the house without packing some Hot Wheels, a granola bar or four, and a spare pair of Lego police briefs. The backpack is lovely, though, and they're definitely a super alternative to a "standard" purse when you know you'll need both hands. You really seem to have a great system going that works for you!

I’ve always wondered what will happen to my minimalist habits when I have kids, but I know for certain things like this will be gone😂 it really is a nice hands free system though. Thanks as always for your support Kelsey♥️

Thank you so much Deirdre! The natural calming pills are not prescription, they are over the counter and have valerian root in them. Mine are called Valdispert, and seem to be available everywhere in Europe. Could be that you find similar ones where you are. Hope this helps!

What are the calming pills you take? Are they over the counter or a prescription? Just wondering cus I get anxious when I fly. Thanks!

Hi Sully! I have two: prescription and over the counter. The over the counter ones are the ones I take most often as they are based on natural ingredients (valerian root). They are called Valdispert. Hope this helps!

It is a Michael Kors wallet, very small hand one. I got it on sale for like 50% off. Unfortunately I bought it some years ago, so I don't think they have it anymore. Do you have the store Parfois where you're from? They usually have a lot of these, and are very inexpensive

What are the naturally calming pills you use? I could use some suggestions. Xo

Hi Jamie! The pills are called "Valdispert" and they use Valerian Root as their main ingredient (in case you don't have this particular brand where you are). They work amazing, and they are over the counter (no prescription needed). Hope this helps and wishing you a lot of strength!

@@jamiepagliarulo4985 I always avoid my "heavy" meds as well. And I honestly can't tell you if my over the counter meds actually work or just work as a placebo, but the truth is that once I've taken that pill I immediately start "waiting" for the calm which in itself probably makes me calmer.

@@SofiaAbrantes the concept stresses me out... I know minimalism will make me feel calm and free but my things which i think of doing away with, the thot of getting detached only makes me so uncomfortable and stressed
