My husband was captivated by all that came progressively ☄️out of your not too big ballet bag reminding him of a French tv series called “Josephine ange gardien” . Josephine has quite a small travel bag and as by magic 🧚 she can pull out of it lots of precious belongings whenever need be. This has been a useful and entertaining “workout”. Cheers ☘️🌈⭐️

Honestly getting to know you better in your videos has made this quaranteen time so much better and I look forward to all your videos and hope to see you perform and meet you one day. Maria thank you. I enjoyed it very much, especially because it is so nice and honest the way you talked about the stuffs you normally have in your bag. I've watched other videos about it and you can note those are not the things the dancer regulary use or it is just an opportunity to make publicity about some products or stuffs. Your video was both, educational and fun and you made it in both languages wow my respect.

Oh you made my day I used to love watching what's in my bag videos and I am very interested because I wanted to be a ballerina when I was a little girl, but sadly my parents couldn't afford the lessons so I watch you videos and other ballet youtubers to learn how to dance and I would also love a vlog for a future video.

The Japanese cold pad has many names but commonly referred as "hiepita" ❤️ it works like magic! So does the yellow underwrap Glad that some Japanese products helped! Went to see the Don Q last year and your queen of dryards was mesmerizing. Looking forward to your next tour here in the future ❤️

Фирму сейчас не помню, но для меня самый удобный атласный пластырь тоже в рулоне! Был очень экстренный случай я быстро закрутила пальцы с мозолями и почти не чувствовала боль! Также очень люблю Бинтли (использую М), он мягонький и в нём кожа лучше всего дышит!

Have you ever tried Compeed for blisters? I usually get them on my pinky toes as well, and these plasters have saved me many times. They even speed up the healing process! :D Also, thank you so much for all of your videos! SO nice to have someone to work out with at home!

Hi Maria, I was wandering if there are any exercises you recommend for achieving hyperextension knees/sway back knees? You have beautiful leg lines and such a lovely way of dancing! 😍👏❤️

Hyperextended legs are something that you're either born with, or not. It's in the skeleton, not the muscles. So you can't do anything, just stretch your knees like there's no tomorrow, and be happy with the result.

Мария, поясните пожалуйста: современные пятачки намного шире, чем раньше (как, например ,у Улановой, Максимовой?) Или это кажется?

Да, современные, действительно, намного шире. Это позволяет нынешним балеринам делать элементы на баланс совершенно другого уровня, нежели раньше.

@@MariaKhoreva Спасибо! А это не считается "не круто" в среде балерин? Нет сопоставления ширины пятака, мол, кто на узком может, та более вируозна? Интересно очень, потому что современный балет настолько впереди по шагу и по чистоте позиций, и по форме тоже, то есть правила как бы "строже", а тут такое "облегчение"? Это не так происходит? наверное, и ноги меньше деформируются при более широком пятаке (и стакане внизу, соответственно)?
