Dude....I never see anyone with a redline. Those are my favorite and have been drinking those for a long time. Nothing gives me more clean energy. I always get the xtreme version though in the red bottle 👌🔥🔥

Man, I ain't tryin' to be one of those preachy dudes like "this shit changed my life", but lemme tell you, you're gonna notice the difference when you cut soda out of your diet (if you drink a lot). A couple years ago, I realized I was getting caffeine headaches (used to drink a shit ton of Pepsi and Mt. Dew) and even blurry/splotchy vision at times. On top of that, it felt like my throat was always hoarse and constricted, turns out it was all of that citric acid and high-fructose corn syrup. Since I switched to water, milk, and real fruit juice, I haven't had any of those problems. And, in the rare instances that I do drink soda, it honestly takes like flavored chemicals. To any of y'all reading this, I'm not telling to change your diet or stop drinking soda altogether, you do you. But, all good things should be in moderation, so if you've got similar issues, maybe consider taking a look at what you're putting in your body.

Great review. I don't use gloves and have calluses on my hands, but I'm married, so back rubs are a distant memory. One item I wouldn't be without in my gym bag is the Meister MMA Crown Deodoriser in Cedar scent. Totally eliminates gym sink and keeps your bag and kit smelling sweeeeet. Also, a small gym towel to use on benches and wipe sweat off of headphones 👍

My tech set up for the gym (nobody asked for this, but here you go :P ) Watch : Samsung Gear Sport (great battery for me, lightweight and great with the nato strap and I store music on them) Phone: Note8 with UAG case (only rocking one phone, but usually leave it in the locker) Headphones: Samsung IconX 2018 or Sony XB950BT (but might go for the Rock one if availabe again as the Sony is starting to smell...was not meant for the gym) Finally my kind of video, was waiting ages for this! I got that bag about a month ago. The bag is dope. The only complaint was that cup and ice pack. It got bumped no different than the ones you can buy at Walmart but the bottom busted out on the think fit cup. Plus the ice pack bubbles over time and I’m sure it’s going to break other than that the important shit those containers and bag are dope.
