This week I am talking about what's in my hospital bag as a first time mom. This is a Nigerian version video as it may differ based on the country if birth.

A dermatologist recommended some baby product for sensitive skins like Aveeno, Cetaphil, Topicrem, Sebamed, Dove and Vaseline. Advised against Salvon or dettol , using a soft cloth instead of sponge and limit bathing with soap to just once in the morning and warm water in the evening in order to prevent dry skin. Also, normalize using lotion for your baby in the afternoon if needed and sticking to cotton clothings. I hope I helped a bit. You are doing well💪🏾😘

If you haven't given birth, please add baby formula like Nan 1 or my Boy in case your breast don't milk at first

I have oo and just like you said, it took some days before my milk came and we had to get NAN 1 at the hospital pharmacy... I'm sure this will be useful for someone, thank you ❤️
