Good Morning! You've probably noticed there was no Grocery Haul this week. My mom is here visiting & I decided to take 1 week off because we have been so busy. I will be back this week most likely Saturday with a new Grocery Haul/Meal Plan. Thanks for understanding! Have a great week xoxo

Yummy lunches! I'm trying to plan or "pack" lunches for me even though I am home. Doing that helps me to make healthier choices and not just grab chips and dip or whatever and call that lunch!! Hope you're having a wonderful time with your Mom!!

I've been watching your videos on Matt's lunches since day 1 pretty much and always wondered how do you keep so many different types of bread? Do you freeze them and use as needed? I would love to change up the bread on our sandwiches to keep it interesting.

Hi Sandy! I always have atleast 2 diff kinds of bread/rolls/wraps etc out, and always have bagels or rolls etc in the freezer. So if I know I want to use something in specific I thaw it the night before in the fridge. Bread items thaw quickly so that always helps too :)

I wish I were Matt! Everything looks so yummy. I learned how to make my own uncrustables. Pb&J Sandwich then press down with a cup to make the round shape. Remove excess bread "pinch"& shut with a fork. Pop in a Ziploc bag, and into the freezer. :) great for on the go

I have done some, you can search in my Lunch Playlist to find them. But he has been eating the school lunches most of the time, so I just pack him a snack and a water. Thanks for watching.
