I wish my husband would take these kind of lunches! All he wants me to pack him is a Turkey sandwich and a pack of peanut butter crackers. Being a pipe welder he says he stays to hot to eat a bunch of food. Those croissants looked yummy!

A good trick to keep your guacamole from browning is after you put in in your container, press some plastic wrap onto the guac to lock out all of the air. Then go ahead and put the lid on the container. Works really well!

Just so you know, the way you made that guacamole was how I love it. I do add a bunch of chopped, fresh cilantro but I know your husband doesn't like it.

Great ideas! My husband works for the railroad and he's gone for a couple of days on train runs so I have to pack him a lot of food. He can warm food up once he gets to a hotel so I always send a reheatable meal(usually leftovers from our suppers), but there's no microwave on the train, so cold lunch ideas are the hardest because he is SO burned out on sandwiches. I do pasta salads, green salads with chicken chunks, boiled eggs, I have done a version of the skewers too. You have so many cool containers for packing as well. Thanks for sharing all your ideas!! I’m diabetic so I do try to stick on a keto diet. If you cut the cheese into triangles and put a little taco seasoning on them before cooking, they can be used like tortilla chips.

A suggestion for the no bakes is to put wax paper in a 8 by 8 pan and pour your mixture and and let it set and take it out with the wax paper and cut it into bars. It is a lot easier than making it into cookies for me that is.

Also I try to make myself eat oatmeal because i know it’s good for me but I’m not a huge fan. Until I decided to make it like a no bake cookie. I add a little salt, cinnamon, sunflower butter (krogers brand tastes like peanut butter to me!) some cocoa powder, unflavored protein collagen powder and stevia. It’s yummy! I usually air fry some turkey sausage to go with it. I highly recommend !!

Have you thought of adding dried herbs to your tomatoes with the salt and pepper? Like basil or thyme? The burrito bowl would be great with a little dried cilantro on them too. I’m one of those people who think raw cilantro tastes like soap, but I’ve noticed that dried cilantro doesn’t have that problem. If you’re one of those it might be worth a try!

It's a month after you posted this video and I just wanted to let you know that my husband is OBSESSED with the bacon croissant sandwiches. He loves them so much he asked me to just get a few dozen croissants at Costco and freeze the sandwiches and he just grabs a couple each day. Thank you for these videos!!

I love that 90% of the ingredients for this stuff is from Walmart! A lot of people don’t have Costco, or Trader Joe near by. We love a budget friendly dinner

Try using a vegetable peeler to make ultra thin slices from a block of cheese

When I make no bake cookies I use a cupcake pan lined with cupcake liners. Then you can pop the the pan in the fridge for them to set up quicker.

In Mexico, when we make avocado salsa or guacamole, we leave the pit in the container of salsa, and it's supposed to prevent some of the browning
