I'm so happy I found this channel, it is really helpful! Anyway I have an question for all more experienced swimmers: I am looking for swim bag (I am an university student and now I'll have swimming practice 1-2 times per week + faculty practice, so I don't know what backpack to choose: TYR Alliance Team Small or normal version, Speedo Teamster Backpack or Arena Fastpack? This bag will be mainly just for swim gear, but must be comfy, sometimes I'll keep with me notes and some pens for uni classes. Any ideas?

Hanna Gaweł My friend had a TYR bag and it ripped...i have the speedo 35L and I like it a lot, also the bottom is coated which is nice.

I definitely recommend the speedo 35L i have it and I love it. It also has a laptop sleeve a pocket that goes all the way to the bottom and a pocket that goes down the back. All of those are great for homework.(that is what I use them for)

Yep! My pool provides kick boards though, so that's why I didn't have one in this video. If I do need to bring one, it can fit in the huge back pocket that has the butt pad in it. :)

Earrings are fine (I leave mine in), but you can get disqualified for wearing bracelets or necklaces during swim meets. :)

It's mainly conditioning like planks, push ups, sit-ups, and wall sits but also running and stretching

+Kevin C. Wilson For dryland, I do a lot of weighted squats, lunges, and arm work, along with pull-ups, cardio (like jump squats/lunges and medicine ball slams), and a lot of ab work. My coach always talks about how important having an engaged core is for swimming because it helps you rotate better so you don't wiggle. Hope this helps! :)
