I have 2 of the Veto Pro Tech pac backpacs they are pretty good! It has taken a bit to get used to it! I actually had all my stuff in a couple Husky 4 sided, parachute style pouch/bags! They were pretty darn durable and not $300 each! I actually gave them to my nephew who just started in the IBEW,he loves them!

The only difference I'll do is, keep that multi meter inside the zipped compartment. It's the tool that can't let you down in the middle of a job. Keep it safe.

Most all of my work was industrial , boilers, chillers, cooling towers, so that being said, my go to bag was a backpack. I was always climbing up ships ladders to get on the roof. I had everything you had and just little different setup as i had a rear compartment for all my ratchet wrenches. From 1/4 - 7/8. . I also had a small tool that looked like an offset reefer wrench. Amazingly i found it at HARBOR FRIEGHT. 1/4 ON one end and 5/16 on the other. I seen it and thought that might come in handy. Only 5 bucks. I used that a bunch. Not a fan of HARBOR FRT TOOLS , but i thought for 5 buck, cant go wrong. I needed the backpack because I was always climbing and needed both hands. Gauges over my shoulder. GLAD IM RETIRED. !!!!! 35 YEARS WAS ENOUGH.

Reality is, read as much as you can and learn the components such as safties etc and what they do. Get familiar with a wiring diagram. It will help you more than calling people. The trade is full of Elmer fuddz that get impatient especially in the summer time. The fuddz want to drag it out milk tickets so they can retire comfortably.

I'm curious about your meters. I looked at the specs on the meters listed in your Amazon shop and I don't see one that measures capacitance. I'm certainly no HVAC repair person but I do have a meter that accurately tests capacitors and that is the first thing I check on units in my rental properties. If I change a contactor, I also change the capacitor but I always test it and if it tests good, I keep it for emergencies.

I am curious how you like that drill / screw driver 2415 ? Some people bad mouthed it pretty severely, I suspect they were expecting to drive deck screws or torque something. I like the form factor for what you appear to be using it for. I thought for how you are using it, it looks like a good fit. The surge is quite a bit larger and won't go in my bag.

Yea it’s perfect for hvac with zip screws, but it’s not an impact. I love it because it’s compact and is easily stored in my veto.

Hi, my question has nothing to do with this video, sorry. My central a/c copmpressor will turn on and off every few seconds until it finally will run. It cools fine, I added a Supco hard start kit to it and it didn't help. I'm wondering could it be the contactor? Oh, the system is 16 year old, R 22, Bryant, 3 ton.

I’m curious about the digital thermometer. I didn’t see it in the list of tools in the link. What type of thermometer is it and what is the brand? I’m interested in purchasing one. Are you satisfied with the one you have, would you recommend it? Thanks Jim
