Africa is not a country it's a continent if the debate is facing continental growth I would understand but it's classing Africa as a country even the french investor classified Africa as a country this is the issue. The investors see a country they can exploit not a continent hence why most of the continent is in poverty. They would rather take and leave crumbs for the whole continent to take from rather than take and reinvest in the people. And eliminate poverty in regions in Africa. Our leaders encourage this practice as they do not have a clue the vast potential each African nation holds hence the negative publicity of Africa to the world.

There is no unity in Africa, because an African can't go to any other a African countries without a visa.but an American can come into Africa without a visa so tell me why we have African Union?

Caroline Lincoln Like if your own country is not corrupt. Nigeria is the largest economy by size in Africa. when Nigeria GDP rebasing result comes out next month the world will know that we have arrived. like any other country, Nigeria is not perfect but it's getting better each day.

But gosh that lady presenter from CNBC Africa's really interrupted a lot, despite she kept raising questions. Although, I do admire the fact that she's done her home works very well. But c'mon, give me time, you need to let people think of what they've got to say before uttering a word. I'm sure if they had nervously said things that sounds incomprehensible, we would have been so quick to jump into conclusion, judge every insensible things they say. We all noticed that, Noni almost couldn't get grasps of her own . Poor girl! President Jonathan was a bit lagging, I was very surprise the Ghanaian President did quite very well. But both need to fix the country's most pressing issues; create more jobs for my African brothers and sisters. especially security issues. Imagine you finished work going home and the next thing is to realise there is a mentally disturb subside bomber in your bus, e.g Nigeria vs Boko Haram issues, this God-forsaking group killed Tens and hundreds of innocent Nigerian people. I mean, the Nigerian govt shouldn't hesitate to speak out if it does need a bit of help from outside, just like the Malians did. Now, they are much at peace and carrying on day-to-day activities and being vigilant at the same time...

If Switzerland and France wanted to actually help Africa they would have helped them out off the dark long ago. They are only around to see what they can take. Africans are aware of this fact now. With the gospel in most parts of Africa and with the help of Almighty God Africa will arise. They will cultivate their own wealth , feed the poor, clothe and educate it's own people. Besides that become a rebuke to those who thought that some how God did not care or love the Africans. God loves all of His creation.
