LA RECETTE du Pesto:
- 2 bottes de basilic (ou autres herbes selon la saison et l’envie : menthe, roquette, coriandre, persil, cresson, pousses d’épinard ... ou mix de plusieurs herbes
- 2 c. à soupe de pignons (ou graines de courge si pesto de cresson, mais j’aime aussi varier avec des pistaches, des noisettes, des noix)
- 30 gr de parmesan 24 mois
- 1 gousse d’ail
- 30 cl d’huile d’olive
- 1 pincée de sel marin non raffiné
- Au bol mixeur :
Déposer l’ail dégermé, les pignons et le parmesan, mixer
Ajouter les herbes, l’huile, 1 pincée de sel, mixer 1 minute
En cas de conservation au frais quelques jours, mettre dans un bocal en verre et couvrir d’huile d’olive
- Au mortier (permet de ne pas chauffer les herbes) :
Piler l’ail et les herbes, ajouter pignons, puis parmesan et piler jusqu’à obtenir une pâte
Ajoutez les huiles peu à peu en filet en pilant

water kefir is a really good replacement for drinking coke/pepsi/etc. the second ferment you can add so many variations but a classic water kefir using juice is really yum and can be made to be just as fizzy as soda, but it isnt a soapy fizz like Coke uses, the bubbles are much more pleasant. kombucha is really odd to me and like vinegar, water kefir is very clean tasting no weird fermenty bit

Très bonne question 😇 Les huiles riches en oméga 3 pressées à froid ne doivent surtout pas être chauffées, car les omega 3 s’oxydent à la chaleur. Quand je n’en ai pas eu assez dans mes repas quotidiens en assaisonnement, j’en mange à la cuillère à soupe 2 ou 3 ! Belles fêtes 🥳

I've heard raw butter and raw milk/dairy can be potentially super dangerous (food poisoning etc). Curious to know other opinions on this. Love butter, eat it most days, just not the raw kind!

I can only speak to raw milk in the US. The only place you can buy raw milk is at a co-op that buys it from the Amish or at a farmers market from the Amish. I did the two-hour journey every once in a while when it was our turn to go get the milk and butter and saw the Amish family's animals. From what I remember it was dirty. I grew up drinking it until a friend got sick (Listeria) from raw milk and now permanently has Crohn's. From my understanding, some Amish people will give the cream of the crop to their families and their community and sell the extra milk to other communities (not all but it isn't unheard of). It's usually fine, but due to the non-regulation of sanitation and all that it just takes once for a family to get bad milk. There is a reason for pasteurization. However, with the increase in demand for raw milk maybe if you live next to a family that has a cow or you can do it yourself and you maintain proper sanitation practices and use filters available it would most probably be fine. That's a lot of work and most people do not want to do it hence buying pasteurized. In Europe, it's a totally different process though at least in Spain according to my family that has lived there. I'm only speaking to the southern USA experience when it comes to raw milk. Although butter is a different thing than raw milk I'd be more comfortable eating that than raw milk just because the risk of Listeria decreases - granted the risk is still there. My kids will not be drinking raw milk, however, adults can do as they please as they can make a better judgment with informed consent.

A fear tactic heavily pushed in the US so that our diets are lacking all of the necessary nutrients. Pasteurized dairy can cause all sorts of health imbalances as well.

Oui vous avez raison d’être vigilante car maintenant ils font même de la publicité à la télé pour des formations en ligne … comme ce n’est pas un diplôme d’état il n’y a pas les mêmes niveaux de formations. J’ai fait l’institut français des sciences de l’homme qui était une très bonne école reconnue mais fermée depuis cet été. Je vais regarde niveau européen et je vous reviens si je trouve une sérieuse car il y a certains critères à vérifier ! 😇

Bonjour il ne s’agit pas de la même caséine dans les fromages jeunes que dans le parmesan affiné : « Le composant protéique du Parmigiano Reggiano se caractérise par sa richesse en acides aminés essentiels et sa facilité d’assimilation. En effet, au cours de la maturation, suite à l’action des enzymes protéolytiques présentes dans le lait et le petit-lait greffé, la caséine subit des modifications comparables à une pré-digestion qui conduisent à la formation de composés de poids moléculaire de plus en plus faible, jusqu’aux acides aminés libres qui peuvent être facilement absorbés et stimuler la sécrétion d’acide et de pepsine. » D’ailleurs mes consultants qui ne supportent pas le Lactose et la caséine sont ravis de pouvoir manger du parmesan qu’ils digèrent très bien ! C’est le phénomène de l’épigénétique, grâce à une modification de nos comportements au quotidien dont l’hygiène de vie, on peut modifier jusqu’à 85 % l’expression de nos gènes 🧬 On se sent vraiment plus jeune, plus dans l’énergie et la vitalité, on améliore énormément la qualité de vie !

Doesn't look her age at all, but let's consider one MAJOR factor in looking younger, it's the ASIAN gene! Obviously this lovely lady has asian ancestry and therefore ages like fine wine! I'm not saying eating nutritious foods doesn't help, but I think it's always mostly about genes. The skin, the hair etc. In my family all women on mom's side have thick hair and nice skin and look younger than their age, including my grandma, mom, sister and me. Some things in life are attributed to you from birth.

Très bon commentaire mais pas du tout et c’est ça qui est très intéressant pour tout le monde ! Mes origines sont françaises, italiennes et espagnoles et je n’ai pas hérité de bons gènes au contraire ! C’est la naturopathie qui m’a sauvé à 30 ans où j’étais mal en point avec plein de soucis de santé, de fatigue physique et mentale. La science prouve que grâce à certains comportements vertueux comme ceux qu’on met en place avec la naturopathie, on peut modifier l’expression des gènes jusqu’à 85 % !! Bravo vous avez trouvé l’erreur 👏👏👏 je pensais tout simplement aux végétariens dans ma tête ! Car le vieux parmesan leur offre une merveilleuse source de protéines qualitatives aussi riche que la viande sans manger de viande.

an interesting video, thank you very much, yes the woman looks 20 years younger, healthy eating and exercise make a lot of sense. But I don't like the pesto thing, pesto is actually not that healthy because it contains a lot of fat, even if it is vegetable fat or olive oil. I read that in France many cheese factories are going bankrupt because people no longer eat Camembert because it is too unhealthy!😕

Une pub pour les fromages de petits producteurs respectueux de la nature et des animaux et bons pour la santé !!! Le vieux parmesan de plus de 24 mois provenant du lait de vaches élevées heureuses dans la nature, les montagnes italiennes même pour le magasin indiqué, qui vivent 25 ans n’ont rien à voir avec les produits laitiers provenant du lait de pauvres vaches qui vivent à peine 5 ans car enfermées a ne jamais voir le jour pour produire toujours plus de lait… pour des produits dont nous n’avons pas besoin pour notre santé. Merci pour votre commentaire qui permet de préciser ! Belles fêtes !

Bonjour, Dans l’alimentation il y a les acidifiants et les basifiants, et dans les acidifiants il y en a des plus ou moins mauvais pour la santé comme le parmesan qui bien que acidifiant, est par ailleurs un trésor de santé étant donné tous les nutriments qu’il apporte quand il est affiné et quand il est consommé dans la limite de 30 grammes par jour dans le cadre d’une alimentation saine et équilibrée et il y a au contraire les aliments raffinés très mauvais pour la santé qui n’apportent rien d’intéressant. A ce moment là il ne faut pas manger de céréales, de fruits de mer, d’œufs … qui sont aussi acidifiants. Mes conseils reposent sur une expertise et du bon sens et surtout une alimentation de qualité et variée qui contribue à l’équilibre acido basique. En dehors de toute pathologie qui nécessite un régime sans aliment acidifiants pour des raisons médicales, et tant qu’on mange suffisamment de légumes fruits et bonnes graisses et qu’on s’hydrate convenablement, le parmesan est un super aliment. Belle journée

Just because something is backed up by science doesn’t mean it’s good for you like pharmaceuticals most of those thing will screw your up worse than what ever you needed them for I’d rather just eat well and let the nutrients go the work
