Madison Alexis it would need to have a bouncy surface and only regular (round) basketballs have a bouncy surface since they bounce back up from the bouency (prolly spelled that wrong)

no, the black is way harder than the white stuff they sell at the depot and you would have to buy an entire sheet of it a bunch of glue for the same price as the "qube" then you have to shape it

Learning to shoot the right way with the best technique can be really hard. My best tip has always been to start of just practising with only one hand and going from there. Start up close and go through the basics.

Prob the best one hand teacher and what taught me how to shoot one handed is just put your non dominant hand behind your back and make 20shots from free throw, box shots and I have never even tried to use 2 hands since ⛹️🏀

Ernie Hobbie (the shot doctor) used to have a drill where you place a ball in between your hand and bicep to get that same type of shot. It makes sure the angle is right.

Strictly speaking, it's probably not Styrofoam. Styrofoam is expanded polystyrene, this product is probably expanded polypropylene. The reason I think this is because EPP is quite a bit more resilient to the type of damage this ball is expected to sustain as compared to EPS.
