I have just about the same setup on my 2022 Outerbacks, and I have to say that I agree with everything you mentioned in your video. It's not fast but not slow,I average 20 up to 24 mpg.Its a great car,and I to hope to have mine a long time.

Do you get a vibration/lugging sensation when applying light load 40-50mph around 1200-1500rpm?

i just saw your Venza review first where you say how you love the toyota reliability, and then i find out you bought a ford that will fail at 100k miles and thats if it doesnt catch fire first..
