Got lucky during the pandemic while everyone was leaving I made my way in. My rent is increasing to $2,050 for a 2 bed 1 bath. Now I feel like I am trapped and can’t move lol

How come people would rent, I haven't seen a fool renting that high. I was renting for 500 per month and bought a house! As a person who does real estate, the videos are exaggerated!

There's lots of places to rent but many are afraid to rent to you because they think you're going to Squat. Then they'll never be able to get you out and they know the courts are 2 years backlogged 😮

Why would anybody want a room mate, use logic, buy a house instead of renting, there are rooms you can rent for 500 per month

You need a really big house mansion seperate wet w/c areas for solo use kitchen areas too then sharing is possible so you see sharing is risky
