I miss the zaney characters for summer nights. They added a lot of fun.

My goodness, Knott's has had such great entertainment there for a long time. I just read that Disney has abandoned the Golden Horseshoe and will do that to the Fantasyland Faire after August 4th... plus two entertainment venues in DCA!

You touched on it, but I don't think the merger had as much effect on their budget as the re-work of Montezooma and Camp Snoopy did. They overspent there, so other things had to be cut. :( I hope they come back next year.

Live entertainment at Knott's has been put through a wood chipper the last few years.

I miss the Influencers, DJ & Fiesta Show. Still great bands, but it doesn't feel as festive.

From what I’ve been reading since I’m a shareholder I always get news articles and I read that they were finding it hard to meet what they thought they’d save in total synergy ( cutting labor layoffs of higher up corporate people) so I think they had to also cut camp snoopy and entertainment but I think it’s just so they can have a good amount to work with so everything should get better especially since they basically automatically started on Monty I think it was just so the company promise to the shareholders is up kept raising the stock as well as having a big quarter im sure for scary farm the budget will be really good
