I’m teaching you how to make a book binding card the easy way! Need a birthday card, a thinking of you card, thank you card? This fun fold card will work for any occasion! And it's perfect to use up some of the Designer Series Paper in your stash.
You can make these Book Binding cards as simple, or as "stepped up" as you want. The base is the same, then just choose how much you want to decorate your card.

Even if you don't like rainbows you can use other supplies and still make this book binding card--check the blog post for alternate project ideas.

Hi Jackie, congratulations on your first live, very BRAVE. For the rainbows place all 4 in a row. Move the next 3 cuts over to the left returning back to the 1st rainbow. That way you will have 4 rainbows aligned in no time at all. Carol from Germany

Congratulations on your first live on KZfaq….you always do fabulous on the retreats too. Love this fold, but I usually do landscape and forget to do the other way. Will try again when I can stamp again someday….flood took away my time and space….but this is perfect for the many thank you cards I will be making for everyone that helped us. Thank you for sharing. I have missed your teaching (took a break from watching anyone…was too hard).

I'm so glad you are here watching and learning and getting ideas to try, Leslyn! I am unable to ship to Canada but Stampin' Up! does have Canadian demonstrators. You can go to the website www.stampinup.com/ and in the upper left corner there is a drop-down arrow where you can select your country and find a demonstrator there. You're welcome to keep watching videos here, and I have a PDF tutorial shop you are welcome to purchase from (klompenstampers.com/shop/) but as for Stampin' Up! products you will need a Canadian demonstrator for that.

Hey Jackie...love these projects esp the book binding card. I hope this comes across as positive criticism, but with the two screens on my screen, it makes it harder to see the project you are working on. I kept wanting to zoom in more to see what you were doing a bit better. I hope this makes sense. On your other videos, I haven't had that feeling. I can see what you are doing just fine.

Book Binding Card Measurements: Card Base - Pool Party: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ Score at 3 1/4″ and 4 1/4″ Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper (FREE during Sale-a-bration) Front: 3/4″ x 5 1/2″ and 3″ x 5 1/4″ Inside: 3″ x 5 1/4″ and 2″ x 2 3/4″ (for under rainbow) Basic White (inside): 3″ x 5 1/4″
