First here woooo this show is awesome love the Santa Fe FP45s on the table I installed LEDs into mine thanks to your show @KenPatterson. Please keep up the great work, oh one more thing I would love to see you make a Calendar of all the Santa Fe equipment you got I would by that calendar in a heart beat.

@JamesRegiersModels I know right it would be cool if Ken Patterson could shoot some pictures of the Santa Fe equipment for a Christmas Calendar I think that would be a awesome stocking stuffer from steam to diesel era of the Santa Fe. but I need to finish my all my 9 locos that are just sitting project wise that needs leds sound and decoders. So it might be next year before thinking about a Christmas calendar.

This was a darn good show! The mini prints are awesome! That is crazy! I just loved all the MoPac engines & Bluford Caboose! I have one in ho scale! I need one in n-scale now! I love it when Mike brings his projects to the round table! I like Steve's s- gauge engine! Very cool! For all your railroad clothing needs it's Jelsma Graphics! "A Stitch Above The Rest" Since 1985! Ken, funny that you said you're thinking about modeling Amtrak. I just rode from San Diego, CA to Santa Barbara yesterday on the train, going past the beach scene that you modeled when I was a kid. I can never think of the real scene without thinking of your modeling and vice versa :)

There's a guy I knew, he lost his model train collection in a nasty divorce. Had to sell everything. He had a lot of stuff too. Had to good attitude though, just said he'd start over again. Sucks that happened, it was something in the divorce paperwork

A divorce is a business transaction. only the strong men win. it's all about business and she chose to go up against me in business. bad decision on her part. . you never go against me in numbers. Never!!!!! I did my job I did not want to. I had no choice to save myself and my assets. never surrender. You be there best friend and then strike. its serious.....

Downsizing and the words model railroad in the same sentence? A true model railroader will just find a way to just re-engineer the layout. You will never need to downsize, ever.

People move to smaller homes with less available layout space. It happens a lot. The question is how to distill the hobby to something that you can still take with you and enjoy.
