I heard that it's recommended that you need a Gate Analysis before starting any running, and they let you know which running shoes would be best to prevent injuries👍🏾. I just adore Easter decor, it's my absolute favourite time of the year💛🌼🐤🐣!! Appreciate you for sharing Liza, take care and I will be praying your knee heals up soon🤗🙏🏾.

Hi.. was interested to hear you also have RA, I didnt realise! I do to! Other people's stories around it interest me as its not talked about that much especially in those of younger years. I'm on so much medication, but luckily no flares for a long while ❤

Hey I have inflammatory arthritis but the symptoms come and go, it’s absolutely fine at the moment but I’ve had some years when it’s been really bad x x
