Take more control over your app’s UI with the following features:
- 0:10: 📜 Containers are now scrollable
- 0:27: 🔗 Display custom text in linked dataframe columns
- 0:40: 🗂️ Multipage apps support programmatic page switching and hiding the side nav
- 1:00: ⚙️ Setting query params is now natively supported, and much easier to use!

Could you add a configuration to hide horizontal and vertical scroll bars for the Streamlit dataframe/data editor? Also, could you add automatic full tabulation for st.dataframe? For example, st.table adjusts to the content automatically, but st.dataframe does not have an autofit for the content.

For the container customization, can I use it for a plot (bar plot, violin plot etc) ?....The reason i'm asking is that the visualizations in my app are not viewing perfectly on mobile devices, it overlaps so the ui on mobile devices isn't that cool. Any help please?

@@rtxnonlhrthink pop up (but not exactly the same) that means the user needs to do something. For example, a form that needs to be filled out could be within the modal. Means that stuff can be done in the same page, rather than navigating elsewhere.

Hi @ruthwik081, improved support for Polars and other dataframes will hopefully be implemented in the next few months. In the meantime, you can call Polars' .to_pandas() method instead. You can also follow updates from our product and engineering teams here: github.com/streamlit/streamlit/issues/5088

@@streamlitofficial thank you. Currently only issue I am facing is caching polars data frames. Converting it back to pandas has some performance penalty. Will be on the lookout for polars support thanks
