i think this video definitely exceeded my expectations for local investing channels. use hard data, converting into insights and what opportunities/risks are related to the data. perhaps can cover some mid/small caps, some contrarian or less conventional views amd opportunities. have strong 'house' views and call-to-action (ie can buy/sell at $X at when). pls dont go on the 'CPF, Credit Card, SSB' salesy/guru/greasy route, cos audience thesedays can tell the lack of experience and guru fluff from a mile away.

Next will be the devaluation of properties which usually will lag the reits price by 1-2 years. The worse has yet to come. More will also flock to JB mall after RTS completed in 2 years time. SG mall is already seeing lesser visitor during normal and long weekend, more so in 2 yrs time.
