I feel the passion, I feel their sorrow and hope, they really regret not being able to land such an amazing concept. I'd hate to be in that position, to be misunderstood for almost a decade, overworked and underpaid meanwhile there's a billionaire looming over your shoulder, expecting even more as your hand cramps from drawing or coding. We ALL miss PVE. It's not just the gamers but the artists behind it who are still grieving. We will never not mourn it, and you can see that intensity in the new projects. Gauntlet and Clash are exactly what the game needs.

Stop defending developers. There's a noticeable trend of increasing laziness among developers, evident in their latest battle pass. Numerous features were removed from Overwatch 1, only to be added back to Overwatch 2 as part of their roadmap, giving the impression of active development. Many Overwatch 1 players have abandoned Overwatch 2 due to perceived incompetence among the developers and CEO..

At the end they mentioned that they're doing changes to the battlepass. Aaron said that due to this overhaul they'll be also overhauling the entire monetization of the game so there's hope

Overwatch , 2 years ago I had an idea about a character where would be like a bounty hunter who is the opposite from the shamada clan's rival, and and he was like a bounty hunter who used the shadows that dived on the ground and all that stuff and go through the. Map and all stuff like shadow. He would be a melee fist user character who gets up close with a lot of life steal like reaper. And he would have like a left. Click to jump into the ground and go up walls and stuff and - from it. And it's right click would be like a support ability that allowed him to Reduce his allies their cooldown e but when you hit the enemy resets the enemy cool down. And his ultimate Would be like a field that slows down the enemies. Or a blinds them something like a big circle like mei ultimate. I like this character idea right here. If I still want to use that character idea. Let me know a hundred cent approve of it

How about the story missions? For 3 years. PvE, PvE, PvE, PvE. That's all you have done? 3 Missions? Rio was already done in 2019. At Blizzconline 2021 you showed Torronto and Gothenburg, which both appeared to be done, textured and everything. At the same Blizzconline you also shown parts of the India mission, you haven't even finished India mission after 2 years? But people already paid the ticket. Let's show as little as possible so we will have news for next year as well.

They already talked about this at length before and Aaron Keller in an IGN interview recently. They couldn't do it because it was too much work. They had to learn how to do most things from scratch, and doing that while keeping the PvP game running wasn't feasible. It is a broken promise, but if you know how much goes into developing something like that you should understand. They want to focus now on PvP mainly, since that's what the current players like, and add PvE content over time

I would. Bobby Kuntic is out. Phil Spencer has pretty much separated Blizzard from Old Activision antics and released them from their creative freedom shackles. And Phil wants nothing more than his games to thrive for the better of the players and developers because He has respect and love for gaming as a medium of art and entertainment...and because Xbox needs to save itself in the gaming industry. I'm happy for Blizzard and this is coming from a Playstation player. And as someone who loves OW. I'm more optimistic than I've ever been for the future of the franchise.
