Handy piece of adapting there with that cooler bait. Yea I loose one or two good fish each year why? Because the hook is blunted, no other reason. Those size gar are fun on light tackle..

I'm sure you probably already know but you can fix that tip really easily since it broke way up and there's not much rod left in that tip... Just simply heat up the tip with a lighter, that you're holding with a pair of pliers hopefully, and get that little plug of rod out of there... And put it back on with some hot glue or super glue gel😊❤ love the content bro.
