Coopers craft is one of my favorite budget bourbons also, along with OGD114, sazerak rye and Rittenhouse rye

All three are great. Fun comparison man. I would recommend Four Roses Single Barrel to face off against WT 101 and Coopers.

Wheel Horse Bourbon might be a nice one for the mix with WT and Cooper’s Craft. 101 proof out of Owensboro for about $33.

Cooper’s Craft is my go to bourbon to start the night!

I haven't tried Coopers yet, but will shortly. I have had the Old Forrester's. I have been kind of found of Broken Fences. It is SIB and 100 proof.

I like all three, but I usually go with Coopers as being the best. I can buy the 1.75 L OF 100 for less money in marketplace than a bottle of 1897, so I drink OF 100 most often though. It can't be denied that Cooper's Craft punches above its weight. The 100 proof OF Rye is also really tasty and a great deal. I would go with Coopers vs WT 101 vs Old Grand Dad BIB for your next comparison.

Coopers Craft 100 is an excellent go-to bourbon for the price. When asked what are some good bourbons for the price, Coopers heads the list along with Buffalo Trace and Chattanooga 111. So let’s see how Coopers stacks up against the quintessential Buffalo Trace and Chattanooga 111. You could also add Green River and Wilderness Trail. No losers amongst those choices.

I'm really digging this one.... there's a bottle I've not had yet, but am interested in. So, I am waiting to see if it's the winner here...... Gah!!!! Old Forester 100 is the loser - and that was the one I was thinking of getting. Ok, well I've had the OF 1897 before, and I loved it. It's perhaps my favorite Old Forester offering that I have had thus far (1897, 1910, and 1920). But I may need to grab some of that Cooper's Craft now. Great vid! Thanks.

Love this Triple Bass. Cooper’s Craft absolutely slaps. I had never had it up until recently and cannot get it in MN. I made sure to buy a back up before I left SD.

I like all three and have them in my rotation and back ups as well.

Good stuff as always pard. 2/3s of that one myself last night with the OF Signature and the 1897. First crack on the Signature and an 1897 that I've got about half way down. Like the nose on both, more bananna on the 1897 to me and the Signature had more pepper on the tongue. As you say for $23 the Signature is tough to beat and if I drank cocktails it would be a natural choice, along with WT101 of course. Not sure where I saw it but someone posted video that the Signature is the same mashbill/barrels etc as their Birthday Bourbon. Will def keep an eye out for the Coopers.

The third bottle to the challenge could be JW Dant, JTS Brown or Heaven Hill BiB. Or that might be another Triple Bass leading up to an overall champion out of three big heritage brands...ie Brown-Foreman, Wild Turkey, and Heaven Hill. Cheers Jason!

I love 1910, and 1920. 1897 bib not so much. 100 proof doesnt't do it for me either, and it sort of falls flat for cocktails. I like wild turkey 101 better. Old Forester rye is a good sipper, and good in cocktails. I haven't tried coopers craft yet.

Personally 1. OF100 best of the bunch for me 2. OF 1897 as good as OF100 but more expensive 3. I won’t buy another bottle of Coopers, it changed taste so many times in a month I never knew what I was gonna get.

I'm with you on the Coopers. It's the only bottle that I have 2 backups. Also love any of the Signature bottles but I agree, it is totally different from Coopers. 1897 is my least favorite of the 3 but still a really good pour.

You should a quad base with Bookers, Bakers, Knob Creek single barrel and Hardin's Creek.

I would say Cooper's Craft Barrel Reserve, WT 101 and JD Triple Mash and Bonded. Those are within 10🦌 of each other.

I have the Cooper's Craft on my list, have not found any yet.

Unfortunately I never see Coopers Craft here in NJ. I think the Knob Creek 9 would be great as the 3rd bottle. KC9 is one of those great all around availabe bourbons.

Great blind. Coopers Craft 100 is one of my favorite bourbons, but not always easy to find in my area. Old Forrester 1897 is always my favorite of the whiskey row series, but the price is significantly higher in our area than Coopers Craft 100. How about adding Knob Creek 9 yr old, 100 proof to the Coopers Craft and Wild Turkey 101 in a blind.

That Green River is sneaky good. Nice well rounded bourbon flavors; don't think it's 100 proof though.

That 1897 shouldn't be more than $40. Tops. Coopers' Craft is very solid. It has a nice mouthfeel (especially on the front of the palate) and rich, dark flavors. I try to keep a backup bottle.
