When ranking healing petals like this, there are several more factors you need to consider. 1. Destruction and effect Rose and Dahlia goes on reload when destroyed, and can't heal for the time being. Fang does so only when it's hit by a projectile. This means that Rose and Fang obviously can't be used in places where there's lots of projectiles such as in Centralia Maze, so this decreases their usability by quite a lot. 2. Specific-place usability We consider common places visited by players, and it's inclusive of Centralia Maze, Ant Hell (and its variants), Jellyfish Fields, the Beetle spawn area, East Waters 6 (leech), and Centralia Sewers 4. In these locations, some healing petals are better than others. This is primarily because of the mobs that appear in there. Fang is the best in the Leech spawn area because leeches attach onto players which forces Fang to hit faster so it out-heals Rose, while Rose and Dahlia would not heal at all since they're destroyed quickly. 3. Obtainabilty Starfish is difficult to get at higher rarities, so chances are that you are very likely to have all other healing petals first before you get Ultra starfish. This means that if you cross-compare between rarities, things like Ultra leaf would be stronger than Mythic Starfish because you don't have Ultra Starfish yet. Of course this would affect your choices in-game. In this case we can consider like this: Rose is limited to areas without projectiles or active farming sites. Rose is therefore excellent for AFK farming, and quite good in active farming sites. Dahlia has, comparatively, 3x the damage stat of Rose if it were to be a single petal, meaning that it stands a better chance against Hornet or Scorpion projectiles, but still a poor counter to them (unless it's Ultra). Leaf is a hybrid healing-damage petal, so you'll need multiple. Can be used in all locations, but loses greatly in terms of Tanker builds which is common in Maze and the Leech area. Yucca is the meta for Tanker petals, but it requires right-click to operate, which is a major hidrance to how often and where it can be used. Starfish is very difficult to get. Fangs provides the same heal as Rose, and can have a shorter reload, but often it's inconsistent. It should be used only when it's easy to hit mobs, therefore it should not be used for AFK farming. Basil is not a healing petal, it's a utility petal. It can be strategically used when you have a certain specific configuration of healing petals, but this is exclusively used for Tanker builds. Nothing else. I evaluated them. Even though they're balanced, I'll say that Rose is indeed the best because it's versatile.

also something that's hard to account for when comparing healing petals: how often they are destroyed. this obviously affects rose and dahlia but apparently at some point M28 changed it to apply too all healing petals hopefully it was reverted but just something to keep in mind (when yucca first added only healed when not destroyed)

I have my own idea of a healing petal called water which is like rose and shell combined and it drops from jellyfish and can only be obtained in mythic version. Hope u liked the idea :)

One thing that makes leaf better than some of the other Petals is that it has way higher DPs compared to yucca or starfish

Another thing spacehead, if possible mythic rarities are always better in heal compared to legendary and most likely people would want to no late-stage healing. like yucca heals low at leg but at mythic it heals about 500 hp. Mythics are good to compare because they will be destroyed less. I have mythic fang and its good for simple heal if you are very offensive type build person (I'm not) but you could mention what type of build it could be for. For example, saltfish was good back then using starfish and msalt+ soil.

the game doesn't count it as "healing" but i think shell should be considered (my personal favorite)

Dahlia is like equal equal to rose, as if one dahlia petal is destroyed, you'll still get heal from the other two. Rose, on the other hand, if it gets destroyed, no heal. (fang heals you 35% now)

imo leaf is still the best as its heal NEVER gets interrupted for any reason (aside from dandelion but thats honestly irrelevent) and can also double as one of the better attacking petals in the game

Well leaf definitely was the best one paired with basil but then dev heavily nerfed its healing and offensive stats.

I have mdahlia and mmedic skill its total heal is 1944 and mrose is 3.9k plus mstarfish is 1.2k myucca 800+ and lfang heal 80% with mmedic skill

Something you should take in mind is that yucca doesnt heal unless you go in difensive mode (you did mention it at the beginning) so its kinda bad if you want to fight and heal at the same time
