I like the Masa taste over corn meal. its more crispy, more enjoyable eating and the flavor is out of this world

Go to a Mexican restaurant and buy a huge bag of fresh chips. They're usually the same price or cheaper than store brands (well, in west TN ).

How about you try a real good tortilla chip for once. Late July sea salt and lime organic tortilla chips are the go-to. Incredible sea salt to chip ratio, magnificent crunch yet perfectly thin. I don't get why people don't like the salty ones. Their the best. I always try to find the ones with the most salt.

I personally like on the border and mission chips the best.

I used Taco Works for or last big get together and they got destroyed they were so good, those are the chips that come in a box of 4 or so bags, Smart & Final sell them.

Try them all first without scoring to understand the field. Then, go again and do the scoring. You guys pinned yourselves down at 8 with the first score. And for heaven's sake, use more of the scale! Y'all had almost no variance. Hovering around 8 and 7.5 for chips both good and bad. You need to think of this more like bell curve where 5 is average. Most of those chips should be average. It should be increasingly rare to get to the ends of the scale.

So the best corn chip on the planet is? MY MASA CORN CHIPS the pillows it makes. Makes it nice to dip, more tender, crispy, and delicious. Not hard and boring like Doritos Corn Chips YUCK
