I’d honestly say Vault 76. It was a control vault built for its intended purpose. To save The best and brightest of America for Reclamation Day. I’d rather live in Appalachia

3:18 Vault 76 was not actually a control vault, it was to see if left alone would the vault dwellers go to war with each other if supplied to automatic self-replicating missile silos.
