I like this review of the Tanduay line here in the US. I have all three bottles and I just recently saw the Tanduay Dark in a Filipino supermarket so maybe they just restocked that one. I would love to see a head-to-head between the Tanduay Double Rum and Don Papa Rum (another Filipino rum but not as big as Tanduay). Don Papa, for me, is a dessert rum so it's a good comparison to Double rum plus it's only around $35. Thanks for the review.

Growing up always known that Tanduay is the cheapest rum brand or one of in the Philippines. I mean is what Filipino would buy if they can't the fancier brands in the market. It's go to rum if you're broke but too broke. Everyone just pretty much look down on Tanduay Rum but I guess that not the case anymore.

Let's be fair the reason why Tanduay sells the most bottles it's because it cost $2 a bottle in the Philippines or less than $20 a case . Bang for your buck indeed

Excellent rums - pity you did not taste the spiced rum by Tanduay . It’s bacislkt the dark rum with Filipino spices - sublime !
