i think the reason its so expensive is because normally alot of alt arts is clutter in a set but majority of these alt are are still so wanted even if its not the main one

I bought 2 boxes of Evo Skies on release for $125-130ish each. kept one sealed and opened one. the one i opened had 4 Regular Vs and 2 regular VMAXs and some random holos 😂 hopefully the one i kept sealed has some good stuff for when i open it up in the next 10-15+ years

I pulled an Moonbreon after 7 booster boxes of Korean Eevee Heroes The thing is Korean booster boxes are still $50-ish and they aren't as hype I try to buy more of those to complete my collection

Love you story of pulling the moonbreon from a tin! I had similar luck pulling the leafeon alt art Vmax from a Mewtwo V-union box and the Sylveon Vmax alt art from a blistered booster I bought from Barnes and noble. Thank you Barnes and noble 😅

I pulled the Moonbreon out of 4 spare packs. I uploaded it into my chanel, since it is also about Pokémon cards and collecting. You can see it there and I'm glad I had the chance, the thing is the chanel is in spanish though the cards I collect aren't. Thinking now about grading it.

I remember when i was getting into pokemon and cards. Evolving Skies immediately took my eyes, because since i was a kid Eeveelutions were the ONLY thing i cared about. Specifically Jolteon (still my favorite pokemon of all) took my eyes. But anyways, yeah i loved evolving skies just because the cards were so beautiful and i would love a master set for Evolving Skies. Right now 50% done with the set. I wish i could actually open more of this set, but its so hard to find just a blister of this set. I do wish they didn't make the Kanto Trio promos. The Jolteon V Alt art is INSANE.

I managed to pull both Umbreon Vmax's, both alt art and normal, and the Rayquaza Vmax alt art. Best set for me ever.

I'm not a huge eeveelutions fan, so Evolving Skies wasn't big for me. The only thing I bought of it was the Booster box which hell if I'm gonna open it! I'd get nothing with my luck lol It's Schrödinger's Moonbreon

okay, on a different note, i opened a crown zenith dedenne v union box, and pulled a pikachu full art, and bibarrel full art, and, im pretty sure i got a couple V cards.

The booster boxes are reaching like US$400 now. With the horrible pull rates from this expansion, the price is simply not worth it. The only people getting anything out of this expansion are the scalpers who are selling the unopened packs/boxes to idiots who think they'll pull like five umbreon vmax's. I'd rather buy three chilling reign boxes for the same price, as that has some gorgeous alt arts and many more chances of decent pulls. OR preorder three obsidian flames boxes, everyone goes crazy over charizard stuff. DO NOT feed the scalpers and merchants, and SUPPORT LOCAL.

16:00 the QC of prints has been absolutely embarrassing lately. I don't understand how a machine can get the centring that incorrect 😂 That's another reason why paying 100's to 1000's on booster boxes to get chase cards is so silly. Because even if you do manage to pull something good, the likelihood of it being off-centre or poorly cut cornered garbage is so high. Just pay for the PSA 10 slab and save yourself the heartache of losing your home.

The card I want to pull from this set is a common Zygarde. Been through a good number of these packs and still can’t find it. Love this channel and your main channel too! (Sometimes I play your Animal crossing videos on loop..)

Hey. A little bit of advice from a collector. They have challenge tin? (I don't remember what they are called.) They have a holo of either snorlax darkrai or mimikyu and 3 packs. In the recent print run they have Evo skies brilliant stars and fusion strke. I hit the leafeon V genesect v duraladon vmax espeon vmax and the Rayquaza vmax. All alt art. They are great products.

i got one box for like 100€. value i got back was... lame. even the V and Vmax cards are like 3€ back then i got. sadly no cards i was seeking for in the whole box but i bought the umbreon card form 130€ish once. now its next to my black charizard star card. my tresure. the set was called Drachenwandel here.

A person who likes X&Y and B&W? You are a legitimate chad. Best gens card wise, other than maybe original ex Era and HGSS are pretty solid too, but totally love X&Y and B&W a ton. EXs go so hard 🔥

@@legogenius22 yeahhh I love that era! I remember when they were in stock and me and my friends would open some packs to get the plasma based cards. They always looked so sick! And honestly, I really liked the EX and BREAKS, even the megas!! I also loved the 3/4 cards they did for certain cards around the oras era.

The rayquaza vmax has a much smaller graded pop, is better art and will surpass moonbreon long term I believe

If the cost of a box is almost the same as the cost of the umbreon v max alt art whats the point in opening it? Just buy the card if you have the money....

Also the reprint had way way way! Better pull rates! I have seen ppl pull crazy amounts of alt arts from it unlike the original release! Some bb even having like 2-3 alt arts! Were the original print could give you like 2 v's and maybe a full art if you were lucky!
