It’s so important to understand that different manufacturing procedures influence the finishes of highlighters in beauty products like @Fenty Beauty’s highlighters. They determine key factors like the particle size, density, and pigment dispersion, ultimately shaping the final texture and luminosity of the product. Getting a feel for these manufacturing nuances helps you, as a consumer, decide which product to choose. For me, I really appreciate the finish of Fenty’s newest addition to their highlighting family: their Demi’Glow Light Diffusing Highlighter, because of its silky finish, melting backdrop and beautiful particle size. I’ve found that the Killawatt is almost chalky for my skin, likely due to its different manufacturing process. Killawatt will also not give you a sheer backdrop on skin like Diamond Balm or Demi’Glow will. Now, I obviously didn’t work on these products and wasn’t part of the Fenty team, so I can’t know for sure what specific manufacturing method was used.
