Rust and AWS Lambda? Hype or the real deal?
Hi, I'm James. And in this video I'm going to attempt to answer that question for you. You're going to hear my view on the current state of using Rust to build serverless applications. And if you've seen any of my recent tweets, you can probably work out the answer.
You'll learn about the performance, programming style and developer experience. And some of the trade-offs you'll need to make if you adopt Rust. As well as a nice architectural pattern to bring in little bits of Rust where useful.

James, it would be awesome if you publish a fully fledged course with an interesting architecture (that mimics some of real world examples), Rust + AWS services from scratch

9:25 to bad currenlty it's not actually parsing the auth response to the http lambda :(

If you are using API Gateway and Lambda authorises the Auth information would be passed downstream to whatever API gateway invokes next

I think you drop the ball with KZfaq success when you pretend to answer a question and artificially put the answer at the end. Even worse when after a full minute you’ve said nothing about the subject. I skipped to the end and don’t think you answered anything so for as long as I can remember this channel, I’m going to avoid it. Perhaps it’ll be better after I’ve forgotten
