I being advocate for myself and movi g forward with knotted locs, because I want the freedom and health hair.

This is so very important. Many of us don't want to be honest with ourselves and accept that the retightening is also part of the problem. It's ok to start over or try something else. And a loctician is rarely going to admit they are part of the problem!

When I was doing my hair myself about every 8-12 wks never lost a loc. Once I started going to loctician I lost two and notice married locs. Not once did either loctician say anything.

I'm a vegetarian workout 6x a week esp strength training 8000-10,000 steps per day 3 Liter plus in water daily.

You are no more than a payment to some of these locticians. They rush you in and out for the next dollar.
