Hundreds of foreign and native vloggers are showing videos of Xinjiang, from walking videos, to touring videos, to going to native homes, to everything that shows the walk of life in Xinjiang. What does the western media show you as their evidence? Blurry satellite photos of buildings when modern satellite can even show in detail a magazine cover lying on the ground. Interviews of supposed refugee "Uyghurs" that mysteriously can't be found again and can't be verified. The western media are actually repeating each others reports as their proof. Thanks for watching and for your question. No special visa needed to visit Xinjiang if you’re already in China, or if you already have a valid Chinese visa. Some people forget that even when travelling Europe, visitors must "register" with local authorities, where they come from, like previous city visited, where they are staying, contact number, how long, where off to next. My friends were horrified when I confirmed these details about China, but then, calmed down when I explained the same was required in Europe....funny that!
