in one of the Lego Movie sets, Mr. Business used legs on which boots were attached - platforms that were not removable, in theory these are the longest legs in Lego

For hat: giraffe head. For head: infinitely stack head extension from the mad scientist minifigure. Around neck: side cape, armor, and jet pack. Torso: you can infinitely stack garmadon pieces. Waistline: Lego Batman utility belt. Legs: Lord Business legs. Shoes: this is where it gets tough. Can you add the cylinders under the Iron Man mini figure? Can you include all of Lord Business’s legs? You could technically keep building forever with one by one bricks.

Add foot pieces! Like the skis, Rollerskates, snowshoes, ice skates, etc Alternatively, would you count the leg pieces that Lord Business steps onto, as part of the Minifig??

You could get one of the more classic lord garmadons from the ultimate weapon and overlord arches its arms face the opposite way as the 4 arm torso you used. You could basically infinitely stack them but if you’re trying to only use unique pieces thats at least another two torso lengths

Add a belt or a tail piece. Then, add a backpack, armor, or what ever on the neck. The scientist from Series 14 has an extra piece for his large head, where you can put a hat on it, like a hat from a whitch. Finally, add roller scates or ice scates. I think, thats it.

Add the Minecraft villager chest price and stack the extra Garmadon piece on it because the villager chest piece is taller

The Overlord in the Ninjago Legacy version of the golden dragon set has something like Garmadon’s torso, but with the protrusion on the front instead of the back, so theoretically you might be able to stack it on the extra Garmadon torso (or vice versa)

The leg/dress peice from the tall guy in the Dune Lego set would make them over 10 bricks tall.

Garmadon isn’t appreciated enough, his design is so simple but awesome.

Some of Garmadons additional torsos from his different iterations can interact with each other, meaning you could give the figure six arms using both this and the 2011-2013 figure piece

Buy a ton more Garmadons, put all the torsos together (the ones that connect) and give it the longer legs and head

There was that mad scientist from the monsters CMF series that had a super tall head that has a stud on top so you could add an even taller hat atop that head

Add some leg and shoulder accessories to make it another plate taller

You could add a belt as well as shoulder pads (assuming the pads are compatible with the torso), and then maybe a spongy cape, then a beard. Perhaps there’s even a taller hat, or one that you can attach a feather to that you could swap out!

Try stacking the Monster Scientist’s head extension piece on top of the Avatar head. Then you can still add a hat of some kind on top. The tallest hat I can think of would probably be either of Abraham Lincoln’s from the LEGO Movie 1 & 2 CMF series.

The classic four-armed Garmadon has a different upper torso that you could set on top or in between.

Add a waist accessory and neck accessory

I could be wrong, but I think there was a snake head from Lego Ninjago that might be taller than the avatar head with the top hat. The only issue is that the snake head can’t fit a hat on top. Alternatively, you could take a normal mini figure head, but put on the hair piece that had a clip design built into the top/ponytail of the piece. Then, you could technically put either a long Star Wars blaster rifle, or any gun piece for that matter and possibly just start adding pieces to the end of it. Although, that last part feels like cheating. 😅

You could use the lord business legs with the glued on sloped bricks to get even taller

Add the star wars pauldron and waist cape. Should add about a plate of height altogether

Due to the design of that Garmadon extension piece, you could probably stack more on top of each other. There’s also a mad scientist minifigure that has a huge head piece with a stud on top allowing for even more height

One Marvel set had a female version of Mister Fantastic so her hands was a rubber tube that can really stretch. To realize this, that minifigure had a unique torso that have no central partition to allow this tube to go throught body. So, i think, that unique torso can be stacked unlimitedly on each other.

You could put a lego Ninjago sword on his head instead of the hat

There’s a few Lego hidden side pieces that make it taller like the piece that splits into two heads and the one that turns the torso sideways

You could put backpack-like accessory which would push the head up just a bit. There's also the Dress/Skirt accessory that does the same for the connector between the legs & torso. It's not much but it does work.

Put on a neck piece of any sort with a cape. There were also clone wars pieces that had hip pieces that went between the legs and torsos. It could only be millimeters, but it'll be taller

Add skates, a Batman belt, a ninjago mask with a backpack of any kind, one of those weird super tall heads, same legs, and hat, but then a different garmadon body with taller proportions

Without any repetition, i believe it would be marges head, neck accessory, garmadons smaller torso, maggies torso, waist accessory, the 3 stud legs and ice skates

You can Add marge simsons head , a villagers body or you can add the giraffe guys hat piece

Use Marge’s head for way more size and throw on a Batman utility belt. The belt doesn’t do much but it will help a bit and will look more cursed

Dr. Robotnik also uses those really long legs and his torso is giant but unfortunately, his head is not removable

Flippers, a neck accessory like a scuba diving one, a belt like from Batman/clutch powers, and a taller top hat

Add a Batman belt and shoulder armour along with some roller skates or ice skates!!

There’s a piece from hidden side set number 70432 Haunted Fairground and it’s green and could possibly make him taller. Also a neck attachment from really anything could add a little more. Also I saw a comment that said the utility belt from Batman can give him a bit more. Hopefully this is helpful but I can’t think of anything else to make him taller.

If it counts, Lego used pieces as stilts in a carnival city set thing once upon a time.

It wont add much, but some swimming flippers should add a plate.

1. Stack the forwards facing garmadon second torso so it doesnt overlap with the backwards facing one from the office worker torso 2. Add marges head instead.

There is a type of Lego double torso thing that you can keep stacking. Just make sure it doesn't have a part sticking out

Here's my suggestion to make any Minifigure unnecessarily taller, if the woody/avatar legs are like the regular Minifigure legs, at the feet, then take a look at the lego movie sets, especially lord businesses leg attachments and... Tallest Minifigure potential

You can add capes,jetpacks etc to make it even taller

Add a neck and torso accessory

There are neck attachments like jetpacks you could put and there are also torso attachments in other sets aswell like belts.

Any of those clear back molds that allow you to attach stuff to the back of a mini fig will give a bit more height

Putting something like the ninjas shoulder pads and a Batman utility belt would also contribute to height.

Shoulder and Waist Accessories make it taller by a little bit more.

You could add shoulder pads and a Batman utility belt for the Lego Batman Movie to made him a little more taller

I'm pretty sure there are some torso with enough space on them for a neck piece to fit, allowing you to add even more torso
