Jerry and Linda are KZfaqrs like yourself who present their experiences of living in The Villages no different than Skip, Rusty, Roy & Karen, etc. They and all other Villages KZfaqrs should not have to justify their living in The Villages experiences because those are THEIR experiences and they are pretty clear about that. Anyone who purchases a home in The Villages sight unseen along with never even visiting the community and expect to have the same experiences as Jerry, Linda, etc. and end up disappointed it is their own fault for not doing their own due diligence research by obtaining info from many sources before making the huge investment of purchasing a home in The Villages. The info Jerry, Linda, Rusty, etc. was very valuable to me and my husband when considering moving to The Villages, but it was our own experiences we had during our two lifestyle visits and taking a leap of faith are what led us to purchase a home in The Villages. For those who have concerns about the content any of the TV KZfaqrs are putting out there is an easy solution to that which is don't watch their videos.

If you are considering a move to the villages, you MUST DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK! Jerry & Linda have done a great job of explaining things given their experience. If you don't like it, do your own research. It's very simple.

If I lived in The Villages, a corporation run by 2 families, I would spend 5 minutes of my time, let alone my money, advertising for them, knowing if you say anything detrimental they will take Legal action against you.
