If lets say the isostatic rebound makes the land rise by 200m and the water level raises by 60m, So net water line on the land raises 140m. This 60m difference between isostatic and isostatic + water level makes for a different coastline profile. Take as an exemple the models of the current worldwide coastlines vs coastlines with a 60m water level increase. Some places change drastically, for example Floride pretty much completely disappears from the map. This is why I'm wondering if it was considered, the coastline and therefore outside shape will be different.
