For anyone who'd like to have a serious debate, here's my argument for "why homosexuality and transexuality isn't normal.": More than 80% of the human population is heterosexual (some websites cite 90%). And I think It'd be safe to say the percentage was 99% before the 20th century. It's the only method for reproduction, which leads to variation, and thus evolution. Humans (and all other living organisms exhibiting sexual reproduction) have a male reproductive organ and a female reproductive organ called penis and vagina respectively for the primary purpose of reproducing (which is achieved by ejaculating male germ cells by the penis into the female reproductive tract through the vagina) which leads to continuation of the species. Attraction towards the opposite sex, is what nature gave us to help us achieve reproduction/variation/evolution, basically to not become extinct. The orgasm/pleasure we get, is what nature rewards us for the contribution we make for keeping the natural order of things. The above explanation is what I mean by normal. Some people are born with genetic diseases, cancer, mental illnesses. Some people are born with psychiatric problems, who generally don't have any physically noticable defects in their brains/bodies. There are genetic disorders like Klinefelter's Syndrome & Turner's Syndrome which exhibits abnormal sexual characteristics. I think in this case we can all agree that they're not normal. For transgenders (people who identify themselves as a different gender), I cannot but think of them as people having mental/psychiatric problems, even though they're normal at the time they were born. Now, in homosexuality, a person is attracted towards another person of the same sex. And if one is attracted towards a person of the same sex, then it implies that they both have the same reproductive organs (penis&penis / vagina&vagina) excluding the case of homosexual transgenders. Now this doesn't achieve anything if viewed through the perspective of nature/science. No reproduction, no variation, no evolution, no continuation of species, yes extinction. This is also what I don't consider normal. Some say that homosexuality can be observed in nature, that many animals can be observed having intercourse with the same sex. That doesn't mean that animal is attracted towards it's partner's ass. Most of the time they mistake it for the opposite sex. Other times they don't care about it's partner's sex and just get on with it for getting pleasure (Some animals also masturbate by rubbing their thing on a tree). And that's the male part of the population I'm talking about. What about the females in the animal kingdom? Do they scissor or lick each other out so one of them can cum? I genuinely do not know. And I don't think transgenders are observed in animals other than humans. But if animals can be observed doing something, does it make it natural for humans to also do it? Some animals engage in cannibalism (consuming individual of the same species). Most organisms of the same progeny (siblings) mate with each other without any hesitation. They roam around naked without being ashamed. The sole purpose of their life is to eat, sleep, mate, survive. Some humans on this Earth, indeed do these above mentioned things. So does it make it natural for them to do it because it can be observed in nature? Even some scientists and doctors (but not all) say that homosexuality/transgenderism is normal and it's the way they're born and it cannot be controlled. But wait, what about pedophiles and zoophiles (animal-fuckers)? Some people say that because the other person/organism (in this case, child/animal) cannot consent, makes pedophilia/zoophilia wrong. But is their situation any different? Aren't they born that way? But that isn't normal, right? If they're born that way then they're mentally sick, right? If you consider homosexuality/pedophilia/zoophilia/transgenderism normal, then I would like to hear your side of the argument. If you support homosexuality & transgenderism, and consider it normal, but not pedophilia/zoophilia, then I'm sorry to say that it simply makes you a hypocrite. P.S.; What I've written is all from a scientific perspective and not superficial/religious beliefs. I'm an atheist, so any argument against any religion is useless. P.P.S.; People do all kinds of crazy things to have fun and adventure. I don't care what people do behind closed doors on their beds for having fun, so long as they don't open their doors.

Every time they say its "unnatural" or "not the Indian culture" so confidently ... -_- ... y'all need to research.
@diyajose21435 жыл бұрын
Abhijit Mohanty17 first of all, how can one say its not natural? (Note that everytime I say “youl” , I’m addressing the general public) How do *you* know it’s not? You haven’t lived here from the beginning of time to know what the trends were and how people lived, how they behaved.. you’re born into a time frame and you need to act according to the norms of that time to be considered “normal”. People think homosexuality is a choice and a social construct. That’s where they’re wrong. You’re born into an orientation, you don’t choose it. Just like people, even animals can be homosexual. Now you can’t say that that’s a social construct can you? Also, it’s legal now. When I mean research, I mean - look out for it. They haven’t learnt anything about homosexuals. I’m not talking about a specific research article. People need to know how this works.
@diyajose21435 жыл бұрын
Abhijit Mohanty17 I don’t think people are born gay, I know people are born gay. Who knows it better than someone who actually is gay. Aka Me. And a billion other people in the world who are actually from the community who say it is as well. Apart from the lgbt community, even the doctors, psychologists, and the general educated public know that it is legal. Watch the news. Learn. If you could choose who you wanted to love, the world would be an easier place. If you get a crush on a girl - a crazy crush where you can breathe when you see her, you get butterflies in your stomach kinda crush - but she’s in a relationship or something else, can you eliminate all the feelings you have for her and just find the same experience with another girl you choose? Like ooo scanning scanning.. target acquired? If you can, please teach me how to, and the world, we need your intellect. First of all, aren’t you born straight ? That’s the whole point of “sexual orientations” (please google if you don’t know what that means) is that you are born into it. You are either born straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, asexual etc. Straight is not the only sexual orientation out there. It never has been. It was oppressed, and not allowed to be shown. Unfortunately you didn’t have many beautiful people like that around you. To answer your question. Yes it’s biological, yes it’s natural. Take it from a gay person. If not, go google. Ask google. It’s sad that no matter what we do to educate the public, they still ask say stupid things at the end - as if it didn’t register at all. You know how you feel uncomfortable thinking about gay sex, or if a guy comes close to your face you will move away, because it feels wrong ? That’s exactly how I felt since I was born. You know how you have a “natural” inclination to girl? And it feels comfortable and the thought of being with her makes you feel something ? I feel that too yaay look we agree on something ! So Yess, it is natural. Because I’ve looked out for guys- I thought I was straight and the reason I gave myself for doing things with girls was that I’m a crazy horny child- so I really expected myself to end up with a guy. But I didn’t instead I got a very strong crush on a girl. Again. Also I knew how to have sex with a girl at the age of 7 without knowing what a lesbian or sex is. It was with my imagination. And no it’s not with fingers or a dildo. It’s with your own body. If you don’t know how it works, it’s called tribbing. It’s very natural.. like missionary. ♥️ enjoy this information, and google out your questions for more convincing answers.

Did she accept who you are? I've been contemplating for a few months if I should come out to my parents or not but I'm just way too afraid yk. My friend came out a few days ago and her family didn't take it well so I've been rethinking about it.
@anuisancecalledsam2 жыл бұрын
@@rtggaming8552 well I live with my mother and elder sister and we aren't in good terms. My sister didn't react positively when I told her about it and my mother didn't react at all. Honestly it all comes down to how your family feels about you and what their views are on lgbtq+ and other social stuff. You could play a mind game with them (separately) and start talking about the gay law and then eventually ask what they think about LGBT community. Make it sound like you are generally curious. If they respond positively then there is a good chance they will accept you. If they respond negatively then maybe don't come out to them right now. Whenever you do come out, speak as confidently as possible. It will feel nerve-wracking but once it's done you'll feel better. Their opinion may be important to you but they can't change who you truly are. Be safe and be brave. Oh, and if you won't mind, tell me how it went when you finally come out. All the best.

*Kamasutra in the 4th century AD mentions male-male union in detail. Nawabs in the court of Awadh would dress up as women on auspicious days. Bhakti saints in India would effeminize themselves to worship Krishna and Shiva. The ancient Indian text Kamasutra written by Vātsyāyana dedicates a complete chapter on erotic homosexual behaviour. Historical literary evidence indicates that homosexuality has been prevalent across the Indian subcontinent throughout history, and that homosexuals were not necessarily considered inferior in any way until about 18th century during British colonial rule. There are erotic scultpures of men-men union in the Khajuraho temple. Rigveda- one of the most canonical sacred texts of Hinduism says (meaning what seems unnatural is also natural) which some scholars believe recognises homosexual dimensions of human life, like all forms of universal diversities*
