Well, ants can fly too… sort of. In most ant species, the queen ants and male ants emerge with wings. These wings are used for nuptial flight. The virgin queens mate with male ants, drop the the ground, and most often remove their wings as they won’t need them again. Some will keep their wings, but they won’t use them to fly again.

The truth is, ants breath through their exoskeleton and with increased size of their body air becomes relatively thin and they can’t absorb as much oxygen as they need so they die

I'd say ants cuz the main advantage of wasps is thier wings and venom but the ants will be harder to kill as thier strength is overwhelming and thier exoskeleton is harder and they have venom and pinchers too

I would rather giant ants instead of giant wasps. Wasps are genuinely some of the nightmarish creatures I can think of. Human sized wasp means we're now something they can paralyze and implant eggs into.
