Tips for free/cheap skincare: avoid wheat and sugar, drink lots of water, get good sleep (the magic hours are 10pm to 2am, try to be asleep during much or all of these hours), drink apple cider vinegar, try to limit how often you wear heavy makeup, use a daily facewash w/o harsh alcohols (ex: I use Burt's Bees), and synthetic stuff. FYI cold water substitutes for toner. None of these expensive lotions/creams are better than actually taking care of yourself and living well. Case in point: many of these millionaire celebrities use all kinds of expensive skincare and yet when you see them without their make up they look like ghouls. Save your coins
