We don’t get commission from sales. We do get recognition for sure. The recognition affects how many hours we get scheduled. If we don’t help enough people, we can stop being put on the schedule

The green lip oil probably plays with undertones. If you have a red lipstick, a green can neutralise it a bit depending on how strong the green colour is, but it can make the red pop less. A blue lip oil can make a warm-toned red look cooler or neutral and an orange lip poil can make a cool toned red look more neutral or warm.
