In Todays video I have shared information on In Hand Salary like how to calculate your in hand salary by looking into your compensation breakup hope it helps to you all to know your salary before getting it in your hand, also I have shared knowledge on Local variable Bonus how you will get it in Accenture. But when I talked to the HR she said the PF mentioned in the compensation break-up file will be the only deduction. She meant it includes Employer PF and Employee PF contributions. But in the video you said employer PF will be deducted separately. So is she lying?

Employer and employee pf will get deducted from employee CTC but if your company is not deducting from your cTc then it's good for you

You will get LTA every month, only in the case you want that LTA amount to be non-taxable then only you need to submit the bill . Otherwise you will get the LTA . When you start you get an option in the All Sec Portal to opt in for LTA or no , so basically if you want the LTA amount of 3,333₹ on a monthly basis then it will be taxable else if you want oafter submitting the bill then it will be non-taxable
