Dexterity is being able to add a flourish to your dicing up that salsa. Constitution is surviving the super hot peppers the rogue stuck in the salsa. Strength is for decking the rogue in the face after you get that spicy burn under control.

I mean it’s possible he just won’t make anymore videos on it, he’s done it before where at a certain point he just stops. He still makes theories and stuff on it, just that he doesn’t play it on stream for some reason. My best guess is because games are too long and or are not doing well on the channel.

The tomato thing, at least to my knowledge, is not an age-old saying, but a way to explain the difference between intelligence and wisdom in dungeons and dragons (you also have 1. Strength, how hard you can throw a tomato. 2.Dexterity, How well you can juggle a tomato. 3. Constitution, how well you can eat a rotten tomato and not get sick. 4. Charisma, how well you can sell a tomato based fruit salad.)

As someone who hardly knows anything about DnD, I thought this was a joke at first. This is the type of humor I’d expect from a DND player. Then I saw a comment directly below this saying it was for a dnd stat explanation and this is honestly the funniest thing I’ve learned today

As a Polish person I can say milk soup is totally normal in my family, maybe it's not the best meal but its definitely very good. For anyone who's curious its basically cooked spaghetti pasta in warm milk with a lot of sugar (or at least this is how we do it) I do recommend anyone tries this at some point!

They could have done it back when they did their Ratatouille Film Theory, since that film had more than one scene devoted to him combining flavors of things, with his first combo being _yellow cheese and a strawberry,_ which IMO seems like it'd taste _nasty_ together.

I noticed that the longer you wait before giving Tomatos his food the less points you get. Also after first fail the amount of recieving poits becomes very low. Hope this information will help

I'm not from the Philppines but I know chocolate soup as well. Especially when being sick as a kid my grandmother used to give me chocolate soup with rusk. It was basically hot chocolate pudding😁

Fun fact about Mat and Amy being right 2/3 of the time- that's the actual average probability of the guesswork in such a situation, not 1/2! They are picking from three objects, one of which is known. This means that there is a 2/3 chance they will pick the correct bag without cutting any open.

Milk Soup - Used to be quite popular in Poland (and neighbouring countries I imagine) and I did eat it as a kid. It's basically milk with small dough bits. There's also variation where you thicken the milk with flour or use buttermilk. You can get quite creative with it. Used to be 'the' breakfast thing for kids before it got mostly suprerseded by cereal.

Hey mat, or whoever reads the comments, I want to make a suggestion for just security reasons, before every stream where you play some strange game off the interenet speacily a .exe file or .bat its probably a good idea to take a snapshot so if something goes wrong, i.e. here you can just revert and no harm no fould. BTW great vid love seeing more people on the couch.

Explaining in a comment might be a little difficult, but essentially its a way to revert your computer back to an older checkpoint. You could google and much better explanation than any I good probably give you. @@niksooxyz

36:23 the thing in the bag that Matpat saw through, was ice. if you slow the play back speed to 0.25 and spam pause you can get a frame perfect look at it. An answer for anyone who is going crazy trying to figure out what it was:) Edit: I think I should add, this is how I figured it out on PC. not sure if this methide will work on other devices.

Or the arrow brackets: for anyone who doesn't know, pressing the comma/left arrow bracket and full stop/right arrow bracket buttons on KZfaq causes the video to play one frame of the video, going left and right on the timeline in the direction of the arrows.

I think I noticed that when his voice is obscured, he says the very beginning of the phrase for the food he wants. Like each food has a different sentence structure as they have been remembering, so he’ll say “I want a-“ and you can compare foods and decide on “carrot” etc

Your point values drop the moment you get one wrong. It doesn’t happen because of the cutting. That’s why it is best to use your items early, so that way you get high points for as many answers as possible.

Points are time based. The quicker you can feed him what he wants the more points you get. Speed and efficiency. It also seems that anger is a negative multiplier so more anger is less points available.

A good game you could try out is Coffee Talk. Looking at it it doesn’t seem like it has lore. However when you play the full game, and look at all the voice lines and endings, things get a little… interesting… also it’s just a fun game to play for a while. Very relaxing and chill.

I really want to matpat to know that chocolate soup technically exists. Search Champorado, it's a snack-ish dish in the Philippines that is made out of rice and some chocolate with milk swirl at the top. It's also a gift from Mexico

Can y'all please play more cube escape? The premium games are super awesome, the devs are amazing and work really hard, and realistically you could crank out most of the base cube escape games in an afternoon. A lot of fans of the series have waited years for the series to get the exposure it deserves and I'm sure a lot of us got our hopes up when you played the first three games. Milk soup is in fact a thing (at least here in Poland) - it was sometimes served in the preschool I went to. Milk soup is usually served with rice or pasta in it and consists of milk, egg, a little flour, a pinch of salt or a small spoon of vanillin (the last two depend on whether you want the soup to be more savoury or sweet). It is not a dinner dish, it is usually eaten for breakfast, sometimes for supper.

Something important in regards to Mr. TomotoS; Both Mr TomatoS and Ms LemonS are connected despite being seemingly separate games, and to access UroboroS and its contents, you need things from BOTH games. Expect to jump between both frequently. I wish you the best of luck, as these games are full of mystery on many different levels, best of luck to you :)

Strength is the how hard you hit a tomato, dex to throw a tomato, intelligence to know tomato is a fruit, wisdom to know it doesn’t belong in a fruit salad, charisma to sell the tomato fruit salad and finally constitution because some one will eventually eat the tomato fruit salad 😂❤

Soup enthusiast here! Milk soup is a pasta in a sweet-ish milk broth. Usually a Russian thing. I've made it, but I wasn't too crazy about it. Mostly a dish for young children. Chocolate soup, though, is... Filipino, I think? Friend of my mom's made a savory chocolate... rice pudding/broth? for dinner. It wasn't sweet, it just had the chocolate flavor. It was quite good, actually

I'm Filipino and Champorado is a lot closer to being described as "chocolate rice pudding" . Iceland *does* have Chocolate Soup called Kakósúpa and its consistency is a lot closer to soup.

Milk soup is actually pretty common in Slavic and Baltic countries. Used to eat a lot of milk soup growing up, you usually add some small pasta pieces and bit of butter on it

The Intelligence vs Wisdom quote is CURRENTLY attributed to D&D but it borrowed from Miles Kington (no surprise there). They'd have to do a theory on how technically nothing is a vegetable. It's a culinary classification. I believe the actual part classifications are fruit, stalk, leaf, and root. I have the vague feeling I forgot one but can't remember.

Chocolate soup... is a thing, it's a savory soup "Savory for a desert anyways" with bittersweet chocolate, heavy cream, whole milk and corn startch. pinch of salt,couple dashes of vanilla, served warm and topped with whipped cream. it's like a thick hot coco or a slightly thin and warm puding

I LOVE peanutbutter! My mothermakes great boules with a souce that is mostly made out of peanutbutter. Usually the boules are filled with really different stuff that some people also say it dosent fit together but it thastes amazing and you can get food that will spoil soon to work in one dish. The normal stuff that is in there is Mango, Rice, Lettuce, chicken or a vegan meat, corn, beans and whatever we still have in the house hold like bread sliced in cubes that get fried in a pan, onions, garlic, edamame and more. I KNOW IT KINDA SOUNDS WIERD BUT ITS AMAZING

Fun fact: Here in the Philippines, we do have chocolate soup(Well not soup per say, it's more on the congee, porridge, or pudding side?? I guess??..). It's called Champorado😊😊 Best served with cream or milk(Be it powdered milk or not.). Mostly eaten at breakfast, served either hot or cold💖💖

You can kind of tell what he says by listening to how long the message is blocked for. If it is long and there are fries, he is probably saying I want -to eat some french fries- I think the one at 38:20 was “I want to eat some french fries”

So there’s a bit of an argument here about whether salsa can be considered a salad or if fruit salad is still a fruit salad if it contains vegetables So I googled it, and, apparently, “a fruit salad is almost exclusively fruits with an occasional vegetable (like jicama)”, and since salsa is _primarily_ made with tomatoes, peppers, and onion (TWO fruits and ONE vegetable) well that means _SALSA IS A FRUIT SALAD_ _SORRY_ 😬👍
