Plus lots of people do it for like acne scarring and from what I know it works. Sure she is already beautiful but we all have insecurities about something and most women do things to look their best. For acne Clearasil is the best and it clears the skin also, it exfoliates and is only about 4,000 or a little more or less. Be careful of that needling in your face.
