Preboxing is so good Rebel. I started numbering mine and having them on a shelf in my little warehouse by number. I do this with books too. Big time saver.

I also had a bunch of higher dollar sales this week as well....pleasantly surprised! The rude ralph made me think of my brother.....pretty sure we had a couple of these back in the day!! Also found a baby Morgan, just a plain aqua, but great condition at a church thrift. It didn't say Baby Morgan on the tag but the rn # confirmed it was!

I put a sheet on small bubble wrap between them and then wrap with the medium bubble wrap making sure to have at least two layers of it all the way around. I make sure the top and bottoms also have at least two layers. I put in a box and hopefully there's enough space above and below it for a layer of air pillows. I also fill the void around it with air pillows. Before I tape it shut, I shake the box to see if I hear it moving around. If it does, I add more air pillows. -Robert

What does pre-box mean? 😊

Most of our items we store in clear plastic bags. When they sell, we package them in a shipping box or polybag and send them on their way. Larger items we pre-box by putting them in a clear plastic bag like regular items and then packing it for shipment as if it had already been bought. These are stored ready to ship. This lets us know the exact weight and measurement so we aren't surprised with an expensive shipping cost that we weren't ready for. Here's an example of how surprise costs can cause you to lose money. I used Pirate Ship to get these rates. If we ship a 2 pound 12x12x12 box from here in East TN to California (zip 90210), priority mail will cost $13.17. If I couldn't fit the item in that box and had to use a 13x12x12 box (only 1 inch longer), priority mail will cost $42.74.
