When the ink extraction process is performed many times, the syringe requires a lot of pumping force, most of the drawn out is air, and one color is completely broken (usually black).
Solution:
If it is found that there is a lot of resistance when using the syringe to draw ink, and no ink flows into the syringe, it can be concluded that the pipeline is blocked. The following are several situations that cause the pipeline to block and the treatment methods, please follow the order. Check and troubleshoot.
The ink outlet is blocked.
Inspection Method:
Plug the sealing plug on the outer box and turn it upside down. Pull out the ink delivery tube from the external ink cartridge and check if it is blocked.
Method of exclusion:
Insert the needle of the syringe into the ink outlet to unblock it.
The priming elbow is clogged.
Inspection Method:
Pull out the inking elbow from the ink cartridge, and then pull out the inking elbow from the end of the ink supply line to check whether it is blocked.
Method of exclusion:
Clean the elbow with clean water and blow it with your mouth to unclog it.
The ink line is clogged.
Inspection Method:
In the case of ensuring that the ink outlet and the ink-filling elbow are not blocked, use a syringe to draw ink from the ink outlet of the ink cartridge. If the ink level in the external ink cartridge does not float, it can be inferred that the ink delivery line is blocked.
Method of exclusion:
First, check whether there are foreign objects at both ends of the ink delivery line causing blockage. If there are short crystals or foreign objects, they can be removed with a straightened paper clip; if the ink delivery line is blocked, please contact your local dealer to purchase a new six-row pipeline (four-row pipeline).
Is the air filter of the external ink cartridge clogged?
Inspection Method:
When the above three possibilities have been ruled out, it can be determined that the air filter of the external ink cartridge is blocked.
Method of exclusion:
Clean the air filter, spin dry, and you're done.
