Fantastic video, Cody! 7000 yards seemed very challenging. I hope you had fun and didn't perish while swimming your set! But what I really like about you is how determined you are! I wish I could have participated in all the entertaining activities, especially your activation set. Yet, why don't you have anything Speedo on? Don't they still sponsor you?

Bro my like 12-14 year old group does literally 9000 yards for every 1 hour and 45 minutes practice while the older senior group does only 1 hour and 15 minute practices and only 3000 yards

@@Nick-qc7wm it was really my technique and focusing on my strokes per 25, getting a pull out of the water rather than under the pool and things like that, I also had a great coach who helped me on my other things like turns and starts after practice almost every day.
