Using the E with the BOL that the pistols gives you allows you to deal more damage and heal if I am not mistaken but you technically “can” use it whenever

The dash gets rid of the BOL. Its the burst and pistol shooting (replaces NA when you activate skill) that increases BOL.

I have her maxed with mist and c3 keqing they're around the same dmg but clorinde is a bit easier to play and she's very fun to use

i have her and furina. If you are looking for account value and power as f2p, go for furina 100% worth than clorinde. Or if you don't care about maxing your account value as f2p then clorinde is fun.
