Dillon's a controversial figure but hasn't said anything worse than people like Strickland or Covington. With that said I don't think he's been given a lot of compassion, think he's got some real problems and anyone that's had a serious injury knows the toll that can take mentally let alone an athlete who's whole career relies on it. Officially speaking yes maybe it is Nina. However Logan is definitely in full support of the lawsuit and isn't trying to remove it as such. Once you're engaged and ready to marry a person, you pretty much do everything together especially if it's a lawsuit against the person your partner is fighting. Logan has made it very clear recently that he wants to slaughter Dillon in the ring and in court so to make the distinction that it's not Logan it's Nina is a bit of a moot point

And just to be clear I'm not condoning Dillon's actions towards Nina, I'm just saying it's the fight business and stuff like this happens all the time. No fighter typically gets sued for it to the point where the fighter is being threatened with bankruptcy and especially at the tail end of his fighting career where if he does have to file for bankruptcy it's not likely he will be able to make a lot more money as he doesn't have that many years to fight. And also that Logan and Nina are both together in the lawsuit. It's just a technicality that it's officially Nina in my opinion for whatever that is worth anyway.

The problem is that Dillon acts like this lawsuit is out of no where and is undeserving and that Logan is somehow orchestrating it for no reason to get out of fighting him which couldn't be further from the truth.
