Alexander; No; illegal alien includes anyone that crosses the border at illegal points of entry and people that overstay their visas without renewing them. It has nothing to do with a person's race, although some races may take advantage of the loopholes more often than others; likely because it is easier for them to use those loopholes or they feel they need to and are too impatient to go through the legal process.

***** "No other 1st world country has an immigration system this broken." Name me another 1st world country that has wide open borders, which seems to be what you want. If you want to immigrate to another country, you do so legally - period. Allowing illegals to push their way past those who want to immigrate legally sends a very dangerous message. Why would anybody want to go through the legal process when it's so much faster, easier, and cheaper to come in illegally?
@walterbyrd83807 жыл бұрын
***** "that we've denied them a pathway to citizenship for over 15 years. " Horseshit. US is one of the easiest countries to immigrate to legally. There has always been a "pathway to citizenship" for those who follow the law. > As for undocumented immigrants Why not call them what they are? Illegal immigrants. The key word here is "illegal." Why do you avoid that? > who were brought here by their parents Blame the parents. Criminals often harm their families. > They are American as anyone No they are not. > many are in college and serving in the military. If they are in the military, then they have done so illegally. > They have earned the right to apply for citizenship. They can leave, and come back legally. Then they can work towards citizenship. It is wrong to reward people for breaking the law.
@walterbyrd83807 жыл бұрын
***** > Many of them were brought here when they were very young I have already addressed that. They need to blame their criminal parents. Sadly, criminals often make life difficult for their families. > These people are also legally employed They should not be. Not unless they have a visa. Why do we have laws if don't enforce them? > Otherwise they have no reason to do so for your convenience. Not for my convenience. For the law, for fairness. Why should we reward criminals? Why do have laws, if we don't enforce them? Other countries do not allow this (certainly not Mexico) why should we? What an awful slap in the face to those who enter the country properly. What a slap in the face to hard working real Americans. All for the convince of smug little snots like you. Hopefully Trump will change things.

Obama does such unconstitutional crap all the time. Thankfully Obama is almost out of office. > On the other hand, why do we enforce broken laws rather than amending them? During the 1960s would you be one of the people protesting against the Civil Rights Act? No. Changing the law is one thing - that is what you do in a democracy. Ignoring the law is entirely different. > The only thing Trump can do now is get rid of overtime pay, He can do a lot more than that, especially with a republican congress behind him.

Yet because I'm a fan of Beyonce who just announced that she is voting Clinton I felt like I should do the same because I admire this singer despite all the wrong she has done. And I know that race is a touchy topic but the Black community is not voting the way they were expected to and I'm black myself and had to do some last minute research on Jill because I knew I wanted to vote but I didn't understand who fit me more. America will fall behind if we don't prioritize a complete makeover of our grid, the way we make our power, and our dependency on fossil fuels.
