I agreee!! When you said we should get ourselves tests regulary ive been recently diagnosed with thyroid but till the time i knew it was pretty bad. So please dont ignore these signals and get your checkups done. Also great videoo!! Humour to educate is a good option

As women mostly all of us deal with mood swings, i was too but little did i knew it could also be because of low levels if B12.
