This video actually pinpoints ALL aspects of the problem.. 1) Friends of Logan 2) Logan 3) YT responsibility 4) cultures etc.. from all the reactions videos (and i've watched at least a dozen, including one - also very well explained, by a japanese) i watched, this one is the most complete, well summarized and accurate: i'm not surprised but admirative of how mature, relevant, objective and well spoken all those reactions and japanese (including young pple!!) were. wow im kinda amazed how mature the public japanese are. they dont judge the americans as a whole and are still very positive abt them. they only judge logan paul as an individual and nothing else.

My problem with Logan Paul is that he did such things not only in Japan. I'm Italian and I love Japan so I was already pissed off when I heard about the video in Aokigahara, but then I saw that he also did similar things in Italy, in Venice. I'm studying in Venice so I heard about tourists who jumped into canals (not really clean honestly) and I'm 100% sure one of them was him. In his video he didn't listen when a man tried to tell him that was wrong and kept acting stupid and disrespectful. Venice already has many problems connected with the huge amount of tourists coming every year but it still is a beautiful city and I hate to see somebody as Logan Paul thinking he can do whatever he wants. So no, maybe shut down his channel will not solve the issue, but he deserves a punishment. He has 15 million followers, he makes money with their views so I think it would be a good solution. Unfortunately we can't do much more because the people who enjoyed that video will not understand anyway. We can only try to make noise and share better contents of channels that truly deserve it. So please, use KZfaq and other platforms and the internet in general carefully and mindfully.

I am glad that you also talked about the other videos that he did. A lot of the mainstream media only talked about the suicide video specifically and because of that I actually first thought that the guy was criticized too harshly, since the suicide video alone wouldn't warrant such a shitstorm in my opinion, at least since he apologized. But then I saw Yuta's video with all the other stuff that he did and now I totally agree that he is horrible. I just think that many people hate him for the wrong reason. People should hate him for being a rude and disrespectful asshole in general, not specifically for the suicide video. Even if he didn't do that one video he would still deserve strong criticism but I feel like he might not have gotten it in that case, which I think is wrong.

Gone through the whole video. Japanese people, more specifically, young people are so polite and chill about the issue (at least shown in this video). Japan is a generally peaceful society run by these people and older citizens who are generally polite and chill as well. Logan Paul made himself look terribly immature and impolite in his video(s).

As a result of this controversy, KZfaq has also come under fire for their blatant favoritism toward the Paul brothers and other top youtubers who disregard community guidelines. This video does not at all violate community guidelines, so it should be monetized.

As an American who lives in japan I hate seeing you tubers from my country come here and do these kind of things. We as foreigners living in Japan do our best to try to fit in, to learn the language, and to follow the laws and morals of our adopted country. When people come here and do these things I feel like it sets us all back so much. There is a trust that is broken. Of course I’m sure people know that because of this one person we are not all like that but I think there are some Japanese people who encountered Logan Paul while he was making his vlog who now have a negative impression or image of Americans...... it makes me sad.....

KZfaq is also at fault here for one, making the video trend and not take it down until Logan took it down. And two, not giving Logan any sort of punishment. Probably because Logan brings them traffic and revenue. It’s sad that KZfaq values revenue more then morals.

You know what impressed me the most was the last part when they asked if it changed they way they looked at Americans now. They all said it was an individual problem, and I am thankful for that. It's so easy to hate in this world, and so easy to find a reason too. It does my heart good to hear that, and hope in the future they are rewarded with more positive outlooks from Americans.

Awesome video. It's not often you get to see such calm and direct responses to questions over such a topic. I greatly appreciated their responses regarding if Logan Paul's actions reflected America (I'm American). First of all, can I just say, Japanese people are awesome. I'm not some weeb who's saying this because they binge watched Naruto over the weekend. I have friends who are Japanese and I respect them and their culture 100 percent. The fact that Logan did this still disgusts me and even the Japanese are ashamed. I hope that Logan realises what he did is messed up and that the Japanese government make sure this type of stuff never happens again. Also, just because he apologised, doesn't mean it's ok.

It's very sad that the family had to see their family member all over the internet disgraced like that. In some ways not having the internet as popular when I was younger is so good.
